Knauf AMF Ceilings

Knauf AMF ceilings have recently been specified for the main reception of an office building in Leeds, where Zurich Insurance have their regional offices.

The 200m2 area was fitted with new Thermatex Symetra tiles as part of an overall office refurbishment scheme, following a recommendation by Ormesby Ceiling contractors.

Thermatex Symetra was chosen specifically to create a look similar to that of a metal ceiling but in a lightweight mineral tile.

Thermatex Symetra is a white ceiling tile with a choice of diagonal and vertical surface perforations that create attractive geometric effects.

A wide range of perforation sizes and hole centres can be produced, as well as bespoke perforation patterns. Available as both tiles and planks, in a range of edge details and module sizes, Thermatex Symetra offers architects and designers even greater flexibility and scope for contemporary ceiling design.

Performance is not compromised as the Thermatex Symetra range provides high levels of sound absorption, good fire protection and excellent light reflection.
