RNM Systems is a specialist in workspace management solutions. Its award-winning Condeco software provides large enterprises, central and local Government and SMEs with the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of office life with ease and fluidity.

Originally launched in 2000 as Resonate New Media, the company initially provided CAD consultancy services to several major banks. The company moved into the software market and established itself in the facilities management space as a provider of web-based information management solutions.

In 2004 the company moved to new offices at Canary Wharf and started the development of Condeco, an out-of-the-box software solution aimed at the workspace management market. The software suite was launched in 2005 and later that year was awarded best e-business product, by PFM Magazine.

Now RNM Systems is the only workspace management specialist of its kind operating out of the UK to provide a combined solution for managing meeting rooms, desks, visitor management and car parking from a single application. The software is extremely flexible and can be configured to suit the most demanding clients’ needs. RNM’s dedicated support team provides comprehensive round the clock technical support. .

Condeco Software
