City Technology Reports Continued Growth in Uptake of Ammonia Sensors

Honeywell Company City Technology is celebrating over 20 years of excellence in ammonia sensor design. Due to the extensive use of ammonia in refrigeration and HVAC systems, demand for ammonia sensors in both developed and emerging markets is high and still showing significant growth.

During this period City Technology has successfully established itself as a key gas sensor supplier to this expanding market.

City’s patented ammonia sensor design is part of its market leading Sensoric product range. These electrochemical sensors are employed in a wide range of applications including refrigeration, chemical and fertilizer plants, food processing and production, and waste water treatment, helping to ensure that workers are kept safe and assets are protected.
