Invest Maintain is a well-renowned Facilities Management company based in Nottingham.

They provide a full range of property maintenance, improvement, & refurbishment services.

Some months ago, Invest maintain took on the Evercare range of products, SuperKleen, Freshclean and SuperKleen TFR from Grotech Production Ltd.

Since, the products have helped Invest Maintain to build their eco friendly credentials, save huge amounts of space on housing cleaning products and most importantly win cleaning contracts with new clients. We spoke to Cleaning Services Director Andy Broxholme to find out why using the Evercare range is one of the best decisions he’s made.

Tell us a little about Invest Maintain, what kind of services do you provide and what kind of clients do you do work for?

Invest Maintain are a Facilities Management company, we provide the following services; cleaning, property maintenance, plumbing and heating, decorating, commercial refurbishments both retail and office.

We work with numerous large franchises and companies including Pizza Hut, Deichmann Shoes, Your Move, Hilton Hotels and Keepmoat PLC to name a few.

The quality of the job is of utmost importance on every job, so the product is really important.

When did you first hear about the Evercare range? Whilst at a previous company who cleaned for Grotech we were approached to trial the Evercare product – I was impressed!

When I was brought on at Invest Maintain I was keen to look further into the product and the rest, as they say, is history.

What made you decide to try them out?

The reputation of the company, effectiveness of the clean, the fact the products are so economical due to being powder rather than water based and the eco friendly credentials. All of the above and the quality of clean produced and a one stop chemical for all areas of cleaning.

What have you found to be the best feature of the Evercare cleaning products?

It’s a combination of things which makes the products attractive.

The quality and speed in which it removes any type of dirt. The fact the products are powder-based means they’re extremely economical and offer huge savings over traditional diluted products through reduced packaging, storage and distribution cost.

As an example, one 750gm tub of the phosphate-free, SuperKleen, when diluted will make up 300 trigger-spray fills! In turn, it means Invest Maintain are more eco friendly and clients really appreciate this credential.

What kind of cleaning do you use the products on? We use the Evercare products on all surfaces. The multi functional uses of the products are a key factor in why they’re so brilliant.

So we’re able to clean everything from worktops, hard flooring and reflective surfaces, right through to carpets and rugs.

You’ve recently won a contract with Bridon Ropes – do you think the Evercare products and standard of cleaning gave you the edge on this?

Bridon Ropes were extremely impressed with the service and high standard of cleaning from Invest Maintain – I’ve no doubt that the quality of Evercare products and the results it produced with minimised effort certainly helped in securing this new contract.
