ISS arena21 breaks new ground with NVQ's

The UK's only full service front-of-house outsourcing and training specialist, ISS arena21, has announced that it is giving its employees the opportunity to take advantage of specialist NVQ training that will enhance their career development, add value to operational ability and lift customer service values at no cost to participating individuals or clients.

The scheme, which is voluntary, means that each employee undergoes specialist training on the job, where he or she is assessed across a number of areas relevant to their day to day role.

Although the scheme is voluntary, we are seeing a high pick up and already have nearly 50 employees on the scheme.
