April 2010: Jaguar Building Services have been appointed as the M&E maintenance contractor at this prestigious new site. Nestled a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road is a building which has a facade that boasts colourful slabs of orange, red, apple green and lemon yellow. These belong to Central St Giles, a mixed-use development designed by celebrated Italian architect Renzo Piano, which comprises 375,000 ft² of office space, private apartments and affordable homes, accompanied by a selection of restaurant and retail units. No other buildings in London, of any period, use colour with quite this much punch, at this scale!
