Founded by hotel entrepreneur Filip Linek and with technical support from co-founder and AI expert Lukáš Korous, the company transforms industry insight into scalable AI solutions, developing advanced technologies that improve efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and redefine service standards.
The company’s flagship BE-A system exists in virtual and voice versions and the technical team is currently focused on its avatar and physical form. BE-A is conceived as the heart of the hotel. The AI-powered humanoid receptionist will combine advanced AI, machine learning, and precision robotics to streamline hotel operations. Its development will help to shape the future of hospitality, bringing automation and cutting-edge technology to an industry that thrives on service excellence.
