FM Server is entirely web based so can be accessed from anywhere. The permissions model also enables you to grant contractors access to selected areas and monitor their performance in real-time. FM Server also enables FM service providers to provide access to their clients to report maintenance issues and view progress.
Our FM Server licensing model is based on the capabilities provided, not the number of seats, so providing unlimited users. Therefore there are no additional licensing costs as your organisation or user base expands.
FM Server can be deployed in multiple languages at the same time making it ideal for multi-national organisations that require a centralised CAFM solution for their own property portfolio or for providing FM Services to clients in different countries.
Above all our systems are designed to be exceptionally easy to use. This results in minimum training, administration and support costs.
Our solutions
FM Server is provided as a hosted solution also known as ‘Application Service Provision’ (ASP) or ‘Software as a Service’ (SAAS). This means that unlike other high-end CAFM systems the upfront investment is significantly lowered and the system is provided under an annual service agreement.
FM Server is also customisable, enabling processes to be optimised for individual requirements. Based on the latest .NET and SQL Server technology, FM Server enables integration with your other systems to provide an read-only overview of your facilities management information though our dashboard module and for exchanging or synchronising data, such as financial, activity and space information.
