Elior pursues its growth strategy in the UK with the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of Lexington.
Lexington are a respected caterer in the City of London with a strong portfolio of leading London organisations. Lexington has turnover in excess £30 million and a combined team of over 650 employees.
Lexington was established in 2002 by Mike Sunley, Katharine Lewis and Rachel Lindner. It currently holds contracts across London and the South East of England, including leading law firms, hedge funds and creative agencies.
Tim West, Chairman of Lexington, will be appointed a Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Elior UK. Mike Sunley will be Chief Executive of Lexington, joining Catherine Roe, Chief Executive of Elior UK on the Executive Committee.
