DED at the Retail Business Technology Expo 2013

18th January 2013. Showing a comprehensive selection of POS equipment from industry leading manufacturers such as Star Micronics, Posiflex, Honeywell, CipherLab, Sbarco, Nippon Primex, Datacard and Evolis, DED will be exhibiting at The Retail Business Technology Expo at Earl’s Court in London on stand number 413. To show how the face of POS is evolving, DED will be focussing on mobile solutions from Star Micronics this year as well as wireless connectivity options for a range of products including barcode scanners from CipherLab. Exciting new products from Star Micronics, alongside demonstrations on the extensive range of Posiflex 10 inch – 17 inch touchscreen terminals available, including their waterproof and peripheral connectivity capability will also be featured on the DED stand. The new Sbarco T4 printer range will be on show this year, demonstrating stand alone thermal transfer receipt/ticket/label printing. The T4 range offers the capability to print with no PC connected when used with a keyboard. DED will also be showcasing desktop plastic card printers from the Datacard and Evolis ranges, demonstrating how quick and easy it can be to personalise and print gift cards and loyalty cards on demand at the point of purchase.
