Leading compliance and facilities management provider phs Compliance has acquired OCS Compliance, part of the OCS UK Group. As part of the deal, phs Compliance will become the preferred supplier of compliance services to OCS Group.
OCS Compliance delivers a range of electrical and environmental compliance services to several hundred customers across multiple sectors in the UK. Their services include portable appliance testing, fixed electrical testing and inspection, and thermal imaging and emergency lighting maintenance.
phs Compliance, which is part of the phs Group, is the market leader in electrical testing and remedial services. It has a 50-year history providing electrical testing and inspection, compliance and facilities management services, with over 400 engineers providing nationwide coverage.
OCS Compliance activities will be merged into phs Compliance and its employees will transfer into phs Compliance, joining its 500 strong team.

phs Compliance is headquartered in Warrington with sites across the UK. It provides statutory inspection and test services, including electrical and mechanical testing, inspection and maintenance, fire and security maintenance services and project management services. OCS Compliance is headquartered in Crawley, West Sussex.
