CUTTING ENERGY COSTS FROM SHETLAND TO FALKLAND
The World’s most southerly powerPerfector has recently been installed in the Falklands.
The Falkland Islands Company is the largest retailer in the Islands. The installation of a powerPerfector unit at its Homecare store in Stanley is expected to save £6,490 a year and the client will achieve payback in around 30 months.
Voltage Power Optimisation (VPO) achieves the highest savings and the quickest returns in countries where, like the UK, the incoming voltage is an average of 242V or above.
VPO® is used extensively in the UK within 4,500 commercial buildings including 28 different government organisations and 16 supermarket chains and the technology is growing in popularity in Australia and South East Asia.
