Vertex £200k Corporate Operations Floor Fit-out At GCube
Vertex Services Group (www.vertexltd.co.uk), the building services and fabric solutions specialist, has completed the £200,000 design & build fit-out of a new, 10,000sq ft corporate operations floor at the UK headquarters of global renewable energy projects’ insurance specialist GCube. The City of London installation at 155 Fenchurch St incorporates a reception, three board rooms, communications room, office and open plan space. Working from a shell and core, through the complete fit-out to client hand-over, Vertex had project and direct installation responsibility for all aspects of the infill. This spanned interior design, power and data, low energy lighting, multi-media facilities, air conditioning and fire and security systems. Mark Jones, GCube’s Head of Property Services, said: “Expectations were high for the end result of this project, and Vertex were on top of all aspects of the process throughout.
