The Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association is delighted to welcome the Socius Network into the Association.
The Network was welcomed on board after each of its 18 members successfully passed the initial audit conducted by the CHSA’s Independent Inspector.
The Socius Network is an association of well-respected and established independent distributors of non-food consumables to the foodservice industry. The Network was founded in April 2008. Between them, its members have over 25 locations covering the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands.

PEUGEOT has continued its strong performance in 2021, increasing its UK new car and van market share year on year to 4.7%, according to the latest registration figures released by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). Surrey based commercial landscaping company, Grounds Care Group has teamed up with Toyota Gazoo Racing UK British Touring Car Championship star Rory Butcher, in a bid to offset his carbon footprint by planting trees at race circuits all around the country.
Grounds Care Group Managing Director, Adam Brindle said: “Tree planting is one of our key focusses at the Grounds Care Group, so when Rory mentioned to me that he wanted to find a way to offset his carbon footprint from travelling to race events, it seemed like the natural solution. Race circuits might be best known for the ribbon of Tarmac on which the cars compete, but they also have acres of green space ripe for planting trees, which in turn will help to preserve the land for generations to come.
